Just like a cash gift, your gift of securities helps assure our mission to enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities by promoting a culture of dignity and respect through integration, inclusion, and independence – your gift goes a long way toward achieving these goals!

And giving stock or other securities, such as bonds or mutual funds, is simple to do via electronic transfer to our Opportunity Works account.

2. Complete and submit the form below providing basic information regarding your gift.

3. Contact your broker/agent and request the transfer of the gift.

It’s that easy! Once we have received your transfer, we will provide you with a receipt for your documentation and tax needs.
