After a week of blustery rain, it’s time reflect on a spectacular fall morning in our Healing Garden. Hopefully you’ve already seen our before and after video reveal of the new space.

We held a small outdoor reception to thank the grant funders of the project, Newburyport Society for the Relief of Aged Women and The Newburyport Bank Charitable Foundation. Accompanied by OW staff, board members and some folks we support, representatives of NSRAW and Newburyport Bank were able to walk through the garden and experience the newly renovated space for themselves. Everyone enjoyed some fall treats in the morning sunlight and shared stories.

The Healing Garden was created as a dedicated space where all individuals served can share precious time to gather together, unmasked, to relax and enjoy the wonder of nature on a daily basis.
